Way Out West Inc.'s custom sewing and private label experience spans a wide range of industries and needs including airplane, occupational health and safety, pharmaceutical, technology clean rooms, baby apparel and accessories, pet accessories, athletic gear, protective materials, and promotions. This has resulted in an extensive knowledge base of fabrics and materials - how to work with them, alternative options and their most appropriate usages. We can often recommend an alternate fabric that would be more appropriate or cost-effective and are able to quickly adapt for new types of materials.

DuPont™ Fabrics
DuPont™ Tychem® QC: Provides protection from light liquid splashes and often used in the automobile, petroleum, pulp and paper, food and chemical processing, pharmaceutical and painting industries, as well as nuclear waste remediation sites.
DuPont™ Tychem® LV: Provides protection from hazardous materials handling and is often used in chemical handling, petrochemical manufacturing, emergency and military response
DuPont™ Tychem® SL: Provides protection against a wide range of chemicals and uses include PCB clean-up, waste management, and hazardous response
DuPont™ Nomex®: a fabric with flame resistant properties, manufactured into protective apparel, electrical insulation and industrial filters
DuPont™ Kevlar®: a lightweight material used in body armor and other protective items for law enforcement, correctional and military personnel and in high-performance sports gear
